Job Description

• A top Proptech brand is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to help achieve the brand’s goals.
• As the Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote the brand, products and services to the target audience.
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• They will have a passion for marketing and communication, and be committed to delivering exceptional results.
• They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, print, and digital advertising.
• Work closely with product development and sales teams to develop product messaging and positioning.
• Manage the company's social media presence, creating and curating content to engage and grow our audience.
• Develop and manage the company's marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet marketing goals.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and communication metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience managing a team of marketing and communication professionals.
• Experience developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Experience with website management, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM, email marketing, social media, and web analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and use data to inform future strategies.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
