Monitor results of function-wide priorities and highlight/engagement on potential corrective actions and dependencies when necessary.
Ensuring company tax compliance
Ensuring compliance with financial report as statutorily required
Ensure effective coverage and supervision of subsidiaries financial systems.
Help drive the implementation of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and maintain compliance.
Assist the CFO in tracking all Company revenues and cost performance.
Assist the CFO in driving cost optimization.
Oversee all financial audit and internal control operations.
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to CFO.
Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, and conversation of assets.
Assist the CFO in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and forecast for future business growth.
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Assist with the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyse financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
Requirements & Skills
A minimum of 10 years experience including at the managerial level
ICAN and member of FRC (Finance Reporting Council)
Very strong in Taxation and financial regulatory reporting
Advanced Excel, Spreadsheet skills etc
Experience in AGM planning
Excellent Communication skills (English): Spoken and written.
Moderate Analytical Skills
