Job Title: Business Analyst

Summary

• We need to hire a business analyst for our sales team to interpret and extract large amounts of sales data, assist the team with market strategies and business decisions, optimize sales processes and increase business outcomes.

Job Descriptions

• Collect, organize, and interpret sales data to provide management with relevant data analysis, decision support, and market strategy recommendations.
• Analyze sales data to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to develop more effective sales strategies and plans.
• Research and track market trends and competitor actions to adjust and optimize sales plans based on sales data and market conditions.
• Explore and manage data sources and design, create, and maintain key data reports and analysis results.
• Assist in the development and management of sales budgets, track sales and marketing expenses, and provide relevant forecasts and analyses.
• Provide data support and analysis training to team members and management to improve team data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Data Analysis, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, market research, or sales operations.
• Familiarity with various data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc., and proficiency in SQL query language.
• Good data analysis, processing, modeling, and visualization skills, with data mining experience being preferred.
• Excellent communication, expression, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Sales, industry, and market research experience are preferred.
