Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor for Mobile Device Project

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team for a mobile device project.
  • The Retail Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Sales Officer. The lists included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they meet and exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order products, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and merchandised. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to management.
  • Manage the sales promoter and ensure they are meeting their targets.
  • Make work easier for the sales executive and the sales team in general by providing support and guidance.
  • Travel to different locations to assess and improve sales operations.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the mobile device industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
