Job Description

• We are looking for a creative and highly motivated still and motion graphic artist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the team and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality content that reflects branding priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create static and motion graphics and illustrations to artistically portray activities, information, and campaign objectives of the company
• Edit long-form programming, including documentaries, clips shows, and studio-based series, for linear television networks and social media video platforms
• Edit short-form content, including promotional spots, docu-style features, opens/teases, sizzle reels, highlight videos, and social media stories
• Handle post-production work, as well as multimedia campaigns, promotional products, technical illustrations, and computer artwork for use in a variety of materials offline and online
• Research upcoming projects to help create realistic designs, videos, skits, documentaries, and/or animations
• Develop storyboards that map out key scenes in animations and motion graphics
• Create complex typography, photography, graphics, animation, and live video content for a diverse array of new media, such as social media, the web, and television
• Utilize a variety of software, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, and more
• Collaborate with other team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
• Work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas
• Communicate effectively, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
• Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience editing both long-form and short-form content
• Highly skilled and creative artist with a strong emphasis on artwork
• Wide range of abilities that combine innovative art and design principles
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition), 3dmax, Figma, CorelDraw, etc.
• Knowledgeable about the latest graphics and editing techniques and visual trends
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in motion graphics is a must. Experience with 3D modeling and animation is a plus.
• Experience with working for an agency, post-production company, or broadcast creative team is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
