Job Title: Zonal Manager

Location: Nigeria

Description 

• The ideal candidate will develop a well-established quality agent network to support the business and implement Agency Route-To-Market strategy in the assigned Zone.
• Reporting to the Divisional Head of Agency Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a well-established and quality agent network to support the bank's business.
• Ensure availability of financial touch point across the states in the Cluster for 24/7 Service.
• Customize and execute the agency business strategy at Cluster level in collaboration with Head Office
• Execute Agent education and training plan to ensure services adoption and awareness.
• Ensure liquidity management efficiency.
• Manage and Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance measures in line with regulations and business requirements in the clusters.

General Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other related field.
• A Masters or an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Customer
• Management, Sales, Trade Marketing.
• Activations or Direct Sales in Telco, FMCG, or Financial Institution.
• Experience in Agent Management will be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation skills.
