Job Overview

• We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Group Managing Director with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Group Managing Director.
• Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Group Managing Director.
• Compile reports, presentations, and correspondence; manage databases and filing systems.
• Supervise all incoming/outgoing mail and execute stakeholder engagement forum.
• Plan and manage the company's presence at industry stakeholder events
• Monitor market trends and competitors' initiatives to develop appropriate strategies.
• Participate in media relations management, CSR, and manage media monitoring reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or any Social Sciences, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Digital-savvy with a comprehensive understanding of content creation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed and thorough reports.
• An active presence on social media platforms would be advantageous.
• Ability to write clear, concise and impactful reports.

Working Condition:

• The potential candidate for this role will primarily work on-site.

Salary
N2,000,000 - N3,000,000 annually (Net)
