Cam is a Nigerian dairy company that aggregates raw milk from settled pastoralist communities and processes it into nutritious dairy products.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern (Early Career Accelerator Programme)

Role Summary

• This Early Career Accelerator Programme is a 12- 18 month rotational program designed to accelerate the career of selected candidates that are interested in building a career in Sales and Marketing.
• You’ll work across different departments in the organisation including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Logistics & Distribution.
• We will work with you to develop your skills and interests through coaching and on-the-job training.
• The program is an immersive learning experience that gives you a holistic (both broad and deep) view of the dairy value chain from raw material supply to temperature-controlled logistics to customer relationship management. 
• To succeed in this programme, you have to be outgoing, enjoy meeting and engaging with people, persistent and bold. If you are a self-starter and ambitious, this opportunity is for you.

Role Requirements

• A Diploma / Degree graduate with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
• Available for a full-time internship for one year
• Enthusiastic about a career in supply chain management
• Enthusiastic about a career in sales and marketing 
• Previous experience in merchandising would be preferred
