Job Description

• Coordinating sales activities from order to delivery and everything in between.
• Setting and achieving sales goals.
• Making sales forecasts.
• Managing the company's website.
• Converting leads to customers.
• Developing marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Analyzing data and adjusting campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Creating and curating content for social media channels, including product launches, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Developing email marketing campaigns and automated flows to drive sales and engagement.
• Working with the e-commerce team to optimize the website user experience and drive online sales.
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and platforms.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to the marketing team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) For Candidate:

• Increase in website traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Increase in social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Effective execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
• Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
• Continuous improvement of digital marketing knowledge and skills.
• Timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance metrics and insights to the marketing team.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• The ideal candidate is expected to possess a Degree in Marketing or Communication (or a related field) from a recognized institution.
• Digital marketing certification like Google, Facebook, etc.
• Administrative and customer care experience.
• Minimum of 12-18 months experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Working knowledge of fashion, fashion business, and fashion trends, and basic tailoring knowledge.
• Understanding of the beachwear and bikini business.

Skill Set Required Of Candidate:

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).

• Social media savvy.
• Ability to identify trends and insights.
• Ability to allocate marketing investments.
• Ability to plan and direct marketing campaigns.
• Ability to measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI.
• Devise experiments and conversion tests.
• Provide internal reports regularly.
• Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
• Budgeting and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design is an added advantage.

Salary

• The proposed pay is N200,000 naira divided into basic and productivity payments. Productivity bonuses exist for exceeding targets. Payment is tied to meeting set targets, which are:
• Conversion rates.
• Turnover.
• Posts per platform.
• Engagement.
• Followers/likes, etc.
