Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that the hotel runs efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.
• Train and supervise hotel staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel's financial performance, including revenue and expense management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and security regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good computer skills.

Salary

• N400,000 - N500,000 monthly
