We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Akowonjo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the office premises.
• Daily cleaning of the office furniture’s including file cabinets, tables and chairs.
• Constant cleaning of Toilet.
• Periodic cleaning of swivel chairs leg with oil (weekly)
• Weekly cleaning of office Equipment i.e., Air conditioners, Television and Fans
• Monthly washing of water dispensers.
• Constant maintenance of lunchroom (Kitchenette)
• Procurement of lunch for all staff between 1pm and 3pm daily
• General office assistance.
• Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Job Specification

• SSCE Certificate
• 1 - 3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
• Good communication (including written and verbal) skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
• Strong work ethics.
• Result Orientation.
• Positive Mindset
• Self-Starter

Salary
N35,000 monthly
