Welcome2Africa International (W2A) was founded on the vision to redefine the image of Africa. As such, we look to facilitate investments and trade whilst also bridge the information gap with respect to the various opportunities that exist in Africa. We are currently focused on Nigeria's Agricultural sector.

Over the last 5 years we have hosted a number of Agricultural Investment Conferences in strategic cities around the world including; Luxembourg , Accra, Lagos, Abuja, Frankfurt, Belgium, The Netherlands , and London. These opportunities have provided us with brand recognition, a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with investing in Africa's Agricultural sector, as well as a rich network inclusive of Africa's Agribusiness stakeholders, investment and finance executives, leading fund managers, private equity firms, family offices, institutional investors donors as well as large agribusiness related firms from around the world.

Job Description
What We Offer? The Internship Program runs for between six to twelve months and is designed to:

• Provide a framework to support students assigned to any Welcome2Africa department so that the focus remains on enriching the student's experience
• Provide an immersive experience so that students gain practical experience of working for an international organization
• Provide the opportunity for students to understand the Welcome2Africa vision, mission and core values.

• The perception of Africa has been laced with negative stereotypes by people all around the world and whilst there are indeed challenges associated with the business, investment, and trade opportunities in Africa, one cannot deny the enormous potential that exists in Africaranging from infrastructure, telecoms, minerals, education, and Agriculture.
• At W2A, you will recognize the challenges associated with accessing the array of trade and investment opportunities.
• You will help reshape the image of the continent you belong to, you will participate in driving sustainable mutually beneficial investments and trade into and across Africa.

What Do We Look For?

• Open to full-time Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Available for a minimum internship duration of six months.
• Possess solid quantitative and IT skills.
• Are capable of working in a multicultural and international work environment
• Bring new thinking, challenges the status quo and take initiative.
• Possess capacity for analysis, decision making and creating workable solution
