A Reputable Media Company with Head Office in Lagos requires seasoned professionals to fill the under listed positions:

1.) General Manager

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.
• MBA would be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience at least 5 of which should be in a senior mgt advertising agency.
• Must be an expert in advertising analysis
• Possess exceptional ability to develop advertising results in business financial modeling and business reports.
• Must be a registered member of APCON.
• Must be between the ages of 40-50

2.) Company Lawyer/ Legal Advisor

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Good first degree in Law from a reputable institution
• A higher degree or professional qualification such as LLM or ACIS will be an added advantage
• Must have a minimum of 7yrs of proven post call practice experience.
• Must have strong Advocacy skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and excel
• Ideal age should be between 35-45years.

Description

• Provides internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to registration of new companies.
• Provision of a broad range of corporate professional services to the Group.
• Works on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements etc Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements of the law including procurement and renewal of licenses, agreement etc.
• Provision of other services as may be required from time to time by the Group.

 
3.)  PA to CEO

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Applicant should have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution preferably in Economics and Accounting
• Master’s Degree would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 7years experience from reputable organization with exposure to the media industry
• Should possess good research, Analytical and Writing skills
• Self-confident with ability to withstand pressure.
• Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ideal age should be between 35-45 years.

Description

• Responsible for keeping the CEO’s diary, necessary follow-ups and scheduling of programmes and activities
• He will serve as a repository of information on general business and financial conditions, analyzing their impact on the company’s strategies and objectives for use by executive management.
• He will undertake any other duty assigned from time to time by the CEO.

4.)  Head of Account

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Applicants should have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution plus ICAN/ACA/ACCA
• Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a senior management position.
• Strong analytical background and demonstrable ability to establish goals and deliver results.
• Familiarity with major accounting applications.
• Ideal age should be between 35-45 years.
• Proficiency in financial and management accounting
  

Description

• Manage the Group financial resources and ensure conformity of all financial reports with corporate accounting policies and principles.
• Ensure that the company’s accounting systems and procedures are up-to-date and are in compliance with appropriate statutory and regulatory requirement.
• Coordinate financial planning, operations and controls of the Group for optimal efficiency and ensure the functionality of the Group’s financial structure.
• Oversee the treasury function to ensure cash flow for the business is secured.

5.) Marketing Executives

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution preferably in Marketing or other related field
• A good knowledge of marketing especially in a media company.
• Ability to perform within given target at short notice.
• A goal getter with proven track record.
• Personal Client data base.
• Must be a registered member of APCON
• Ideal age should be between 35-45 years.

Description

• Responsible for Business Development
• Marketing Plan Development.
• Responsible for advert sourcing and sponsorship for the station products in terms of programmes and special event.
