Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go Limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

• Analyze the economic stability of the individual brands and provide brand detail financial information necessary for budget and investment decisions to Head of Reporting and Control and Finance director.
• Ensures the reporting is precise, accurate and complete.
• Prepares and is responsible for the Brand, Head office and Company consolidated Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial reports – Profit and Loss, Balance sheets, Cash flows with insightful commentaries.
• Prepares monthly Profit and loss for the Head office to be shared with all Heads of departments.
• Prepares power point presentations for monthly performance review (mpr)
• Analyze and scrutinize the Brand, Head office and Company consolidated financials, set up monitoring of critical accounts and follow up actions.
• Review of general ledger postings for the brand Head office and Company consolidated financials for accuracy and in comparison, with budget.
• Develop templates and implement regular ratio and other analysis for improved decision making.
• Responsible for the monthly/quarterly and annual budget of the assigned Brand; Analyze actual versus budget spent and provides recommendations.
• Responsible for budget control before capital expenditures are incurred and for keeping records of them.
• Ensure compliance with financial legislation, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in the field at minimum
• Professional experience from reputable corporation
• Experience with Dynamics Navision is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of and use of Microsoft excel and financial modelling.
• High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
• Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner
• Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude
• Make decisions and exercise sound judgment independently
• Promote excellent leadership skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
