Objectives

• The objective of the preparation of the water sector country profile is to identify and assess the policy, legislation, institutional strategies, capacities, investment needs and general state of water and sanitation systems in each of the countries.
• The generated information will serve as guidance on water and sanitation needs and stimulate business opportunities that will contribute to building a strong pipeline of water and sanitation operations.
• The diagnostic will provide analysis of the challenges, opportunities and needs for each country and highlight the potential areas of collaboration for the Bank and it will support the country dialogue.

Requirements

• The Consultant must possess at least a Master's Degree with specialization in Water or other related field and possessing at least 10 years of relevant experience in the water sector covering policy, strategy, program development and sector reviews.
• The candidate must have strong analytical, interpersonal, and excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English language.
