About the Job

• Our client is in need of a Real Estate Sales Executive to manage its realtors community as well as drive sales.

Job Description

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Manage realtors community
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Build relationships with key real estate brokers, agents and managers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in achieving real estate sales targets.
• Manage and motivate sales team.
• Train sales professionals in marketing activities and functions.
• Deliver customer services to property buyers and sellers.
• Assist tenants and lessees in preparing tenancy, lease and other documents.
• Conduct research on competitor performance.
• Conduct market research appropriate to customer needs and requirements.
• Integrate best practices in delivering customer needs in real estate business.
• Ensure compliance of all real estate laws, regulations and controls.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
• Experience: 3-5 years in similar role
• Experience in Real Estate Sales space is a plus.
• High proficiency in English Language (other languages a plus)
• Experience in creative, marketing, content development, client service, project management, Public Relation, proposal and business plan writing skills
• Must be articulated, have good charisma, proactive, creative, intelligent, courageous and confident, cultured and hospitable.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
