Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Working hours: Shift- Mornings / afternoons / Nights / Weekends

Job Description

• We are constantly on the lookout for great talent who will work with us to build a brand that is passionate about delivering excellent services to our members.
• As a Customer Service Trainee you'll be training and working with the Customer Service Team with a mission to deliver awesome customer service to our members.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in trainings and work in the call center
• Provide excellent, courteous and professional customer service when interacting with customers.
• Escalate in a timely manner any issues of concern.
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.

What You’ll Need

• A HND / Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year+ Customer Service/ Call Centre experience
• Adaptability, willingness to learn new skills and commitment to exceptional delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• High self-initiative.

Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.
