Qualifications

• First Degree in Designs, Fine Arts or any related field.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years' post-NYSC experience in Graphics Design with specialization in Animation.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign to create visual concepts for a variety of projects, including advertisements, logos, website latheyts, and product packaging.
• Must have a good understanding of typography and how to use different fonts effectively in their designs.
• Must have a strong sense of latheyt and composition and also understand colour theory.
• Must be able to come up with creative and unique design solutions that meet the client's needs and stand out in a crowded marketplace.
• Ability to bring ideas to life by creating animations that show movement, expressions, and emotions of the characters. Proficient in the use of keyframe animation, motion capture, and other techniques to create fluid and believable movements.
• Experience in creating brand and product videos to push messaging about the brand, products or services.
• Advanced concept of visual language - perspective, point of view, proportion, color, composition, framing, etc.
