Job Description

• We are seeking for an innovative Account Executive (Marketing Agency) to act as a go-between for our company's creative team and our clients to join our team.
• Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, team player with a blend of strategy, creativity, research, and analytical skills to exceed client expectations, implement campaigns that retain customers and expertly manage their budget.

Responsibilities

• Discussing ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.
• Presenting creative concepts to clients for approval and making sure they are in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Managing the budgets clients allocate toward the advertising campaigns.
• Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
• Collaborating with the creative team to design creative campaigns on behalf of the client.
• Liaising with clients to organize promotional events that fit in with the goals of the marketing campaign
• Work with agency to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
• Sourcing new clients and negotiating contracts with them.
• Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 1 year working experience working for a marketing agency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret market research data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
