Job Title: Laundry Supervisor

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Brief

• Our client is in need of an experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee laundry and dry-cleaning operations at their facility located in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain laundry and dry cleaning operations, including the acquisition and maintenance of equipment and inventory.
• Supervise and train laundry staff, including machine operators, dry cleaners, and pressers.
• Ensure that all garments and fabrics are sorted, cleaned, and cared for according to their specific requirements.
• Oversee the ironing and folding of garments, ensuring that they are properly handled and presented.
• Maintain laundry and detergent inventory using software packages and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Conduct laundry equipment maintenance and tracking to ensure that all machines are operating efficiently.
• Schedule and oversee the delivery and pick-up of garments and fabrics, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Ensure that all laundry operations are conducted in accordance with established health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new laundry and dry-cleaning services.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess either an OND / HND in a relevant field.
• Candidates should have previous experience in laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
• The candidate must be able to start work immediately.
• The position is open only to male candidates.
