Description

• We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious female individuals to join our team as paid interns. This internship program offers a unique chance to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment while developing essential skills that will accelerate your professional journey.

Responsibilities

• Performing Spa Treatments: Delivering a variety of spa treatments to clients, such as massages, facials, body wraps, and exfoliations. This includes following established protocols and techniques to ensure a high quality and consistent experience.
• Spa Maintenance and Preparation: Maintaining a clean and organized spa environment. This involves preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies, ensuring equipment is in working order, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of spa products, including their ingredients, benefits, and applications. Using this knowledge to recommend appropriate products to clients, potentially contributing to retail sales.
• Client Care and Service: Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their spa experience. Answering any questions or concerns they may have, explaining treatments, and offering post-treatment advice and recommendations.
• Health and Safety: Adhering to health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation and disinfection protocols. Following spa policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and maintain a safe working environment.
• Sales and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional treatments or spa packages to clients based on their needs and preferences. This may involve promoting add-on services or retail products.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in spa therapies. Engaging in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Location: The internship will be based in Magodo, Ojodu, Olowora Axis, providing convenience for candidates residing in the vicinity.

Duration and Compensation:

• This is a paid internship opportunity with a duration of 1 year period.

Qualifications

• Possession of FSLC or OND (Ordinary National Diploma) certificate.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Salary
N30,000 - N60,000 monthly.
