Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, engage our target audience, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer segments, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
• Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, website, blog, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve organic search visibility and increase website traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, development, and content, to ensure brand consistency and seamless user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies to propose innovative ideas and tactics.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to digital marketing, data privacy, and online advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
• Creative mindset and ability to think strategically, identify target audience preferences, and develop engaging campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Passion for sports and entertainment is a plus.
