Description

• This intern will work with the Customer Experience Program Manager to analyze customer survey feedback, categorize and organize the results, and compile presentations for internal use.

Requirements

• Suitable for someone Corp member still in search of PPA or pre-NYSC
• Should be willing to come to the office 2 - 3 days a week as our internship positions are hybrid
• Preferably someone who resides around Gbagada axis.
• A passion for excellent service
• An analytical mind
• Good verbal communication and writing skills
• Good use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• A willingness to learn
