Job Description

  • Our client seeks for a skilled Senior Key Account Manager to drive strategic sales, accounts closing, oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients.
  • As the Senior Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will have a deep understanding of the PropTech industry and be committed to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activity, including sales forecasts, revenue, and expenses.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, and provide feedback to the sales team and product development teams.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay current on industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the PropTech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N600,000 monthly
