Job Title: Head of Product Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Build and execute, through your team, a product marketing strategy to help improve the success of our solutions in the market.
• Help inform the overall marketing strategy with valuable product marketing intelligence. Be the evangelist, internally and externally, for our full solutions set and monitor the performance of solutions to educate key stakeholders.
• Build detailed persona’s and gain a deep understanding of the markets we serve to help inform sales and marketing activities.
• Build and keep up to date a competitor comparison matrix. Using this intelligence to inform new product development, pricing strategies and marketing tactics.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and support the go-to-market strategy.
• Stakeholder Management; work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and regularly present to the board.
• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years experience in core marketing and market penetration in real estate
• The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, commercial, customer focused communications.
• Data driven and results focused
• Experience of presenting product marketing plans and concepts at board level.
• Strong understanding of all elements of the product marketing process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
• Experience with CRM software.

Compensation

• N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly
