Job Title: Human Resources / Admin Officer

Job Brief

• Our client is a leading distributor of NBL in the South East they are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Officer in their H/Q in Enugu, who will oversee their performance management process, support and develop talent by developing policies and managing procedures.
• The individual will be responsible for the administrative tasks and ensure that a conducive work environment is maintained in the work.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Develop and implement HR policies according to the standard
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Oversee staff welfare and preparation of payroll.
• Spearhead the new hire’s orientation and onboarding process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure smooth operations of the organizational daily activities
• Facilitate and oversee performance management processes
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Develop learning and development activities
• Take control of the organizational facilities and ensure accountability in an event of misuse of corporate assets.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Prepare reports on human resources operations or activities
• Support the development and implementation of human resource initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field with 3 - 4 years of industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with human resource operations and processes.
• Excellent time management skills,
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Effective people management and leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Must be computer literate and knowledge of HR system

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
