Job Description

We are looking for a Student Advisor who will perform the following:

• Counseling students on the career opportunities abroad.
• Providing detailed updates to intending students/interns.
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
• Providing intellectual guidance and support to intending students and interns.
• Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
• Planning & organizing meetings with intending students/interns.
• Performing any other task given.
• Provide direction for program progress toward the student's career and educational goals.
• Provide relevant current academic information.
• Refer students who may need assistance solving academic or personal problems.

Requirements
The Student Advisor we are looking for, should have the following:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
• Well-learned and Exposed: You must be well-learned and exposed to the trending career development information prevalent currently.
• Providing detailed updates to intending students/interns.
• Technology savvy.
• Problem-solving.
• Positive attitude: Generally, a positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated and must be energetic.
• Organization and time management: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: NGN 80,000 / Month
• Performance linked Sales Commission / incentive + Benefits
