Job Summary

• The IT Support Associate is responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers.
• This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.

Job Description

• Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure new equipment
• Maintain the IT infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support
• Experience with a variety of operating systems and software
• Experience with network administration.

Remuneration
N110,000 - N140,000 Monthly.
