We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Activation / Project Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitoring the progress of Activation and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Execute offline activation and event projects for clients.
• Identifying and addressing any Activation issues or bottlenecks that may impact the successful completion of Activation.
• Providing guidance and support to team members during Activation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the successful operation of the agency.
• Developing and implementing Activation processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective running of the agency.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of Activation, including setting budgets, deadlines, and priorities.
• Oversee the social media accounts of our clients.
• Handle social media postings/inquiries and prepare an analytic report for the client’s social media pages.
• Create contents that are original and well-researched.
• Brainstorm with the creative team members to develop new ideas.
• Must be able to create and execute strategy documents for social media and activation campaigns for clients.
• Capacity to work on multiple writing projects simultaneously.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and platforms, including social media, email, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing.
• Monitoring the performance of online and offline advertising campaigns and reporting the results.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client
• Must have experience working in a marketing and Communication Agency
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A good knowledge of the media and how strategic planning influences it.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• You should have organizational and time management skills, and outstanding writing, editing, and research skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects/activation.
• Must be able to write a strategy document from start to finish.
• Should have Excel and pet points skills.
• Must be proficient in experience using MS office.
• Must be good with TikTok and Snapchat.
