We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Receive, collate and review applications for employments
• Ensure unskilled labour such as factory workers and drivers are always available to carry out desire functions in the system
• Ensure strict discipline in terms of punctuality, curbing absenteeism, and other forms of rules and regulation as detailed the employee’s handbook
• Investigate breaches to the company rulesand Regulations by employees and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions against offending employees
• Plan, develop and implement training and development for staffs at different level, also establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring the impact of the training on staff performance and satisfaction
• Develop and implement schemes and incentive to promote welfare of staff and job security
• Develop occupational health and safety programs to ensure safety of all staffs on site
• Provide counseling and support to employees on area that affects the job
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance
• Ensure security of lives, goods, vehicles, raw material and all properties of the company. It is the duty of the HR office to engage effective security personnel and gadgets that are trustworthy and fit to secure the factory
• Liaising with relevant regulator bodies and ensuring the department responsible for answering these authorities effectively do so

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years relevant work experience.
