Ayoola Foundation and Orphanage Home is a subsidiary of Ayoola foods. it is a non-governmental organization duly incorporated under the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria. the home is established to reach out to orphans and motherless babies to give them shelter and take care of them.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Live-in Supervisor

Location: Igandao, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description
The Job description includes, but is not limited to the following.

• We need a Live-in Supervisor to assist the home manager to supervise the running of the Orphanage Home and coordinate/monitor the activities of the children and home.
• To supervise all assigned personnel
• Make sure all personnel carry out their duties based on the needs of the children and KPIs.
• Make sure the needs of all the children are met by keeping files of each child, scrutinizing workers to perform their duties, etc.
• Identify and organize training for personnel and caregivers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on every child's activity in the home.
• Identify the needs of the Orphanage Home and proffer solutions.
• Any other assignments as may be assigned by Management.

Requirements

• The preferred candidate must be a female HND / B.Sc Graduate (Background in Sociology or Psychology).
• The candidate must also have substantial experience and must have at least 3-5 years Post NYSC work experience in an Orphanage home.
• Work experience in an NGO will be an added advantage. Must be mature to supervise older caregivers / Nurses.
