The Concepts

• Momentum Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity (M-RITE) aims to strengthen Routine immunization (RI) programs to overcome the entrenched obstacles that contribute to stagnating and declining immunization rates and to remove barriers to reaching zero-dose and under-immunized children with lifesaving vaccines and other health services Routine Immunization workplan focus is to strengthen the mechanisms for advocacy, communication and social mobilization for immunization services in M-RITE supported states. 
• In Nigeria, the Project provides support to the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) at the National and State level. In line with aforementioned, M-Rite desire to re
• SERICC conference room serves as a host venue for TWG meetings, SERICC, SEMCHIC, EPI reviews and several other meetings. However, due the poor condition of the air conditioners has made it difficult to hold long meetings there and some persons have even abstained from meetings. Consequently, the DPM SERICC sent a request to M-RITE for assistance in this regard.
• As part of M-Rite’s unleashing support to the State, M-Rite wants to replace 2 units of Split Air Conditioners IN SERICC. This will enhance the quality.
• The SERICC Conference Hall is a place where SERICC meetings are held, successes, Challenges are brought for discussed. 

Quotation for Air Condition
As a part of the preparation for this meeting, vendor shall supply and deliver lunch to participants, at the designated venue. The participants shall be inclusive of state officials and other partners.

• These Air Conditioner will be supplied and Installed at theState Emergency Routine Immunization Coordination Centre (SERICC), in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Bidders are expected to submit properly signed financial bid/ quotation with company’s letter head paper.

Note: The Financial bids must be in NGN
Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, John Snow Incoperated (JSI) will deduct 5% withholding tax from the total contractual sum.  Also, note that JSI- is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is VAT exempted.

• JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it fails to meet the criteria or submitted after the stipulated closing date.
• Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with John Snow Incoperated. Note, this RFQ, does not in any way translate to a contract.

JSI-Payment Terms
Within 30 days of delivery and presentation of completed, signed invoice and delivery note.
