We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Steward

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Ensures cleanliness standards meet established guidelines in the facility
• Work closely with Front of House, Kitchens, and Banquets to understand, coordinate, and plan daily needs with agility and flexibility
• Ensure cleanliness by inspecting kitchens, storerooms, and premises
• Order and manages necessary supplies and ensure workers have supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms necessary to do their jobs.
• Make sure kitchen workers have and use the proper equipment necessary for the job
• Achieve desired results through established methods, procedures, and guidelines to maintain desired standards and high-quality service
• Schedule events, programs, and activities for the principal
• Responsible for supervising all staff in the facility
• Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health standards
• Enforce proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc.
• Ensures all food holding and transport equipment is in working order.

Job Specification

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND is required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a steward or personal assistant
• Male candidates are preferred
• Good communication skills expressed both verbal and written
• The candidate must be smart and enthusiastic
• A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
• Strong customer service and team working skills.
