We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent and Touring Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As a talent and touring associate, your primary role would be to manage the logistics and arrangements for artists or performers on tour.
• You would work closely with the talent, as well as other departments within the companyto ensure that everything runs smoothly during the tour.

Responsibilities

• Booking travel and accommodations for the talent and their team
• Manage and handle day to day calendar activities
• Developing marketing plans for releases with marketing team
• Organize and coordinate talent events
• Handle show flow at all events
• Coordinating rehearsals and soundchecks
• Liaising with venues to ensure that all technical and production requirements are met
• Managing budgets and expenses related to the tour
• Developing tour schedules and itineraries.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant work experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Good understanding of the entertainment industry and be able to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
