Job Summary

• As a Fertility Doctor, you will play a vital role in conducting the technical aspects of fertility treatment for different classes of clients. Your expertise will encompass various medical services, quality management, brand development, relationship management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical aspects of fertility treatment, including transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound scanning, ultrasound-directed follicular aspiration, surgical sperm collection, and embryo transfer.
• Provide expert advice on the number of embryos to be transferred and effectively manage complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, early pregnancy loss, miscarriages, and abnormal pregnancies.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards by conducting processes and procedure according to established protocols.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge, skills, and competencies related to IVF treatment, salesmanship, relationship management, leadership, and innovative practices.
• Contribute to the development of research publications for reputable journals and create communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, and newspaper articles.
• Deliver lectures and presentations at prestigious seminars and conferences within the field, representing the organization with excellence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing emotional support throughout their treatment cycles and earning their trust in our clinic's services.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files and record all client interactions on the organization’s clinical software to ensure the integrity of information.

Requirements

• MBBS / Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
• 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in fertility treatment.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, displaying high ethical standards and integrity.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, capable of managing sensitive issues with empathy and tact.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, with the ability to acquire new skills rapidly.
• Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and analytical skills.
