We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer / Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization.
• Plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and graphics design, maintain and supply content for the organization’s website. In addition, they engage with the public through social media and drive traffic to the digital sites.
• Analyze and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products.
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
• Have a Solid knowledge of design and visual principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media plan aimed at involving new audiences online, driving engagement with audience online.
• Design all Graphics content required for the growth of the company's online presence.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements and skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive and Professional Graphics Designer or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
