The team you would Join

• Sun King’s Global Corporate Risk team identifies, monitor and control the credit risk inherent in the company’s direct to consumer business.
• The Corporate Risk team works collaboratively with the company’s PAYG Direct Sales, Operations, and Finance teams across multiple countries to maintain the health of the solar energy loan portfolio.
• The team continuously analyzes sales and customer payment related data and identifies, pilots, and executes new sales, collections, and incentive processes. 
• The Corporate Risk team also leads the company’s efforts around customer data privacy and consumer protection.

About the Role

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on Front-End capabilities to join our team as an Insights Analyst - Automation.
• In this role, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining our front-end system.
• You will play a crucial role in shaping the user interface and experience, while also being responsible for backend tasks, database management, API maintenance, and performing analytical tasks.

What you would be expected to do

• Collaborate closely with end users to deliver new business initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and reliable front-end code which powers our client-facing interfaces.
• Optimize our web applications and APK/IOS tools for maximum speed and scalability.
• Design and implement data collection points to evaluate front-end performance metrics.
• Utilize your full stack abilities to understand and articulate the flow and design of our data from front-end to back-end.
• Implement and maintain backend functionalities, including server-side logic, database management, and APIs.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as data migration, backup, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the data team to extract meaningful insights from the collected data and implement analytical features.
• Create automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce human error.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our system by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to other team members.

You might be a strong candidate if you

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with at least 3 years focusing on front-end technologies.
• Expertise in core front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Proficiency in back-end programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.) and knowledge of server-side principles.
• Experience with backend frameworks and technologies (e.g., Django, Flask, Express).
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Familiarity with data techniques and tools to extract insights from collected data.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both without supervision and as part of a team.
