We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agency Account Manager (Preferably an NYSC member)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Brief

  • We're looking for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail who can make sure that all of the company's products and deliverables are completed accurately, promptly, and with a level of quality and professionalism that reflects well on the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine all outputs for coherence, image quality, alignment, and responsive design
  • This role involves a significant amount of proofreading all creatives and looking for errors and omissions. You will be checking the accuracy and general quality of client websites, brochures, creatives, social media channels, etc.
  • Following up with the respective teams that are expected to submit work related to ongoing projects and keeping track of project progress. Up-to-date communication with clients regarding the state of their projects
  • Making sure customers are familiar with the terms of service of the business and follow them by sending payments promptly and in accordance with those terms
  • In order to increase efficiency, establish standards, and ensure accurate campaign delivery, identify areas that need improvement and develop quality frameworks and processes.
  • Make sure that our online presence is at its best by keeping in touch with the team members who are in charge of writing content for LiDA, ensuring that it is distributed, and seeking out new PR/Exposure opportunities for our business.

Necessary Skill and Background

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification (Preferably an NYSC member)
  • 1-2 years of experience in roles involving quality assurance, client relations, and customer services
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent organisational and detail-oriented skills
  • Solution-focused and growth-minded problem solver who is skilled at spotting patterns and making connections
  • Recognizes the significance of upholding a brand's quality standards.
  • Ardour for growth and learning.

Salary
N30,000 / month.
