Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to support our operations department.
• As a Data Entry Intern, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information.
• You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update product information, pricing, and inventory data into our database accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections or adjustments as required.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of data reports and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors.
• Follow data entry procedures and adhere to company guidelines to maintain data integrity.
• Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with data entry and data management processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
