Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful financial management of construction projects from inception to completion.
• You will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing detailed bills of quantities, managing contracts, and monitoring project progress in terms of costs and variations.
• Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of our construction projects.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction practices and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, contracts, and relevant legislation.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools for cost estimation, billing, and project management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Professional certifications or memberships are preferred but not mandatory.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
