Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aggregator Manager to lead and manage our aggregation team. The Aggregator Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of our aggregation strategy across our platform.
• The ideal candidate will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop relationships with third-party service providers to expand our service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive aggregation strategy for our platform.
• Identify and onboard third-party service providers to enhance our service offerings.
• Manage relationships with existing service providers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust the aggregation strategy as necessary.
• Develop reports and metrics to monitor the performance of the aggregation team and service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of third-party services.
• Manage and mentor the aggregation team and provide coaching and feedback to help them achieve their targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with service providers, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product management team to identify areas for improvement and drive the development of new features and functionalities for the aggregator platform. Gather user feedback and market insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Compliance and Security: Stay up to date with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and security best practices. Implement appropriate measures to ensure compliance and protect sensitive financial information.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, and customer support, to align goals and deliver a seamless user experience. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and analytics on data usage, platform performance, and user behavior. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the aggregator platform and identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record in aggregation management.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and data privacy standards within the financial services sector.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or related industries is preferred.
