Vedic Lifecare Hospital is a multidisciplinary hospital with a team of specialists in various fields of medicine.Our quest is to expand healthcare practices through our team of doctors and other medical practitioners by providing our esteemed patients affordable and impactful heathcare services at all times. Vedic is locatedat Block 105, Plot 6, Olabanji Olajide Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Meeting potential customers to explain the hospital products and answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the hospital products.
• Analyzing competitors’ products to determine trends in the market, threats and opportunities
• Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media platforms that attracts and converts our target groups
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication / Business or related field
• Experience in working in medical field, insurance or pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Proven track record of achieving set targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
