We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop and implement annual production plans
• Manage all aspects of crop and livestock production, including planting, harvesting, feeding, and breeding
• Supervise farm staff and ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain farm records and reports
• Market and sell farm products
• Purchase supplies and equipment
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or a related field
• 1-2 year experience in farm management
• Ability to drive will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to Olodo, Ibadan or live within its environment.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month.
