Job Summary

• The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and management of a portfolio of products throughout their lifecycle.
• This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, product roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives and prioritize feature development.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and track against goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with development teams, providing guidance and clarifications to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and user experience.
• Monitor product adoption, usage patterns, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop deep customer empathy and maintain a strong understanding of target market segments and user personas.
• Utilize customer insights to drive product innovation and prioritize features that deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to gather feedback and identify partnership opportunities.
• Act as a product ambassador, internally and externally, promoting product value and driving awareness and adoption.
• Conduct market segmentation and customer segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and inform product strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products in a dynamic and competitive market.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance market demands, financial goals, and technical feasibility.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
