Job Title: HR / Business Development Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• Developing the human capital strategy, philosophy, and programs enabling the execution of the business strategy through human capital and serving as chief architect of the brand on employment.
• Driving cultural change as initiatives needed to ensure workforce alignment, engagement, and retention.
• Building highly efficient HR processes, systems, and infrastructure.
• Advising and consulting with the CEO, the board, and senior leadership on the impacts and implications of business strategy on human capital.
• Managing and ensuring a robust and rigorous succession planning process is in place.
• Providing leadership, development, and oversight to the HR department in the following functional areas.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity. Experience in oil and gas sector is an added advantage
• Not more than 35years of age
• Must be resident in Port Harcourt.
