Retail Head at SG Holdings Limited

The SG Holdings, an oil and Gas company, also with strong presence in shipping and marine business is head hunting a senior / middle management officer of not less than 10 years in Oil and Gas company to head its RETAIL Sales engine to rebuild, reposition sales machinery for higher productivity.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Head

Location: Lagos

The Person

• Providing leadership to manage fleet of retail services and make the retail locations viable and with business target attainment.
• The retails services will be spread across the country selling , AGO, PMS, Retail Gas.
• Securing franchise from current retail owners to grow the retail businesses both organically and through franchise management.
• Managing depot bulk sales for target attainment Manage cross-selling opportunities between all business segments.
• He or she is expected to set up a crack team to deliver the group’s objectives with the sole goal of performance numbers attainment.
• He or she will be responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets and will be primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
• He will be saddled with the responsibility of retail services expansion from the current state, using acquisition, franchising, branding / branding model, etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 10 - 30 years relevant work experience on the job in an established company.
• The successful candidate must be a very dynamic person with multiple skills set to deliver on companies sales and business development objectives on RETAIL / FILLING STATIONS BUSINESSES
• The candidate must be results oriented, with strong leadership capabilities and product knowledge.
• He or she must also be aggressive for total performance.
• The candidate must be able to develop RETAIL business development strategy to reposition the company into a formidable retail sales architecture.
• The candidate must also be available as he or she may sometimes be expected to travel.
• His or her skills in other oil & Gas trading, commercial , depot sales and marketing management activities is an added advantage.
• In addition, he or she must be able to perform the following roles.
