Job Description

• Perform comprehensive background checks and verifications on candidates, employees, and vendors, including employment history, education credentials, professional certifications, and legal records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Conduct thorough investigations and follow-up inquiries to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data representation.
• Analyze and interpret complex information to make informed decisions regarding data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain standardized verification processes and documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve verification procedures.
• Work closely with the product development team to enhance the verification features and functionality of our HR solutions.

Person Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
