Job Summary

• You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to implement effective marketing strategies, generate leads, and promote our brand.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to promote our products/services.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimise results.

Brand promotion and positioning:

• Assist in building and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop creative and engaging content for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.

Lead generation and conversion:

• Identify potential leads and develop strategies to attract and engage them.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Digital marketing and social media management:

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Event planning and coordination:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Measure the impact of events and provide post-event analysis and reports.

Person Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years’ experience.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the [industry/sector] field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
