Job Description

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs for a variety of projects, including television shows, commercials, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired visual style.
• Plan and execute on-location and studio photoshoots, ensuring the use of appropriate equipment, lighting, and props.
• Direct and guide subjects during photoshoots to achieve desired poses, expressions, and compositions.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance the overall quality and visual appeal.
• Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring proper cataloging and storage of images.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment, continuously refining your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless integration of photographs into projects.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality images that meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles and genres.
• Proficiency in using professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other photography tools.
• Expertise in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance and retouch images.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and other key elements of photography.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different shooting environments and subjects.
• Passion for storytelling through visuals and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of video production and cinematography is a plus.
