Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery across all Viicsoft products.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure the availability of resources and the smooth execution of operations.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, presenting findings and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operations leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using operational software and tools to track, analyze, and report on operational metrics.
• Knowledge of software development and IT industry is desirable.
